Mission :

At Fluidra, we are committed to safeguarding our digital ecosystem as we enhance the pool experience through IoT. To ensure the security and resilience of our digital domain, we are searching for a Cybersecurity Trainee .

Cybersecurity is a core value at Fluidra, and we have a dedicated Security Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who prioritize our systems' confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We use state-of-the-art security technologies to achieve this, and our Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan outlines our commitment to cutting-edge protection across various areas. As a member of the Cyber Resilience team, you will collaborate with experts to counter emerging threats and uphold our digital trust.

Your responsibilities :

• Support the maintenance and review of incident response playbooks, battlecards, and crisis communication materials.
• Assist in organizing tabletop exercises, including preparing injects, documenting outcomes, and tracking lessons learned.
• Contribute to the review and mapping of disaster recovery (DR) and backup documentation across regions.
• Participate in internal audits of critical services to verify resilience baselines and identify potential improvement areas.
• Assist in weekly incident reviews to follow up on actions and capture lessons learned with the cybersecurity team.
