Creative Strategist - UGC Content (eCommerce)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a highly creative, data-informed Creative Strategist to lead our UGC content strategy and ensure the production of high-performing, on-brand creatives.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our UGC content engine — from analyzing ad creative performance to scripting and creator management
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze weekly performance of ad creatives (winners and underperformers) using Meta Ads data.
- Publish a weekly report every Friday with takeaways and recommendations.
- Use insights to shape upcoming video scripts and briefings — balancing 50% top-performers, 50% new ideas .
- Stay up to date on social media trends, TikTok / Reels formats, and viral content styles for continuous iteration.
2. Scriptwriting & Planning
Write engaging, conversion-focused scripts for UGC creators and video editors.Share scripts with creators weekly via Slack, ensuring clarity, timing, and alignment with the creative calendar.Maintain a monthly UGC calendar , aligning key products with strategic content themes.3. UGC Creator Management
Scout, recruit, and onboard new UGC creators monthly to maintain a steady pipeline of content.Distribute scripts at least 1 week before delivery dates , and follow up within 24h if deadlines are missed.Deliver monthly performance reports to each creator with feedback and upcoming content goals.Review all submitted UGC videos to ensure :Proper execution of scriptsAlignment with brand tone and product messagingQuality (sound, visuals, length : 10–15s minimum)Compliance with formatting and guidelines (freestyle included)Provide clear, actionable feedback and request edits where necessary.4. Video Editing & Post-Production Oversight
Review all edited content from video editors to ensure :Alignment with original scriptsClean execution and editing qualityCorrect file naming, organization, and storage (Google Drive & Frame)✅ Requirements
2+ years in a creative strategy, content marketing, or UGC management role — ideally for a DTC / eCommerce brand.Strong understanding of UGC workflows and trends across TikTok and Instagram.Proven ability to analyze creative performance and translate into actionable direction.Experience collaborating with creators, briefing teams, and maintaining delivery pipelines.Clear, concise writing — especially for scripting short-form video content.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines and follow-ups.Familiar with tools like Slack, Meta Ads, Google Drive, Clickup and NotionThis role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about performance creative, loves spotting trends before they peak, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where content is king.
