Job Description We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Insurance Finance & Risk for our Client Focus path within BCG's Risk & Compliance Practice Area. The successful candidate will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and / or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets.

The role involves contributing relevant analysis and insights to client cases, workshops, and proposals, as well as supporting commercialization efforts for the topic / sector working with business leaders. Additionally, the Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the Insurance Finance & Risk business.

• Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and / or analytical approaches in Insurance Finance & Risk topics and related areas;
• Working with large datasets and proprietary tools to identify trends, measure risks, and create strategies tailored to client needs;
• Communicating with case teams and client team members, in a credible and confident way;
• Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working;
• Navigating complexity and ambiguity;

Qualifications & Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Insurance Finance & Risk topics or 3+ years minimum industry experience. You must also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field, and have strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
