The vision was, and is, to create new value across the remit of marketing for our clients.What you'll do: - To create, prepare and edit print-ready artwork files across a range of media including POS (all typesof advertising displays) general print assets (brochures, flyers, etc), digital assets (static + animated)and social media assets.- To ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief.- To understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines.- To understand the company’s quality control process and systems, employing a methodical approach.- To produce retouching of images and photography to a good level.- To complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly.- To provide the business with best value by estimating and managing time accurately, ensuring thatprojects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.What you'll bring: - Considerable experience as a design and production focused artworker.- In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator expert level is aMUST).- High understanding of print ready files, die-cuts, color / ink management and 3D vision- Pre-flight and proofing background.- Photoshop and image retouching skills.Media and formats with automated artwork production and templates.- Motion graphics and 3D modeling medium / high skills required. Figma or Adobe XD knowledge is a plus.- Agency, production agency or direct client experience preferred.- Familiarity with both agency and wider marketing technology systems such as DAM, ad deliveryplatforms, approval / sign off tools, and collaborative and production workflows.- Understanding of color management.- Ability to troubleshoot, resolve problems and on own initiative.- Ability to build relationships and to communicate effectively.- Service-driven.- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish- Creative design background is an advantageThe softer skills that we believe, will help you thrive in this role: - Keen eye for detail- Excellent organizational and time management skills- A clear and effective communication skill at all levels in the hierarchy- A solution orientated and resolutive mindset- A technology oriented mindset, as you will have to use different technologies in your daily job- Being proactive and positive, being motivated by the prospect of being challenged, always looking tomake a positive impact.- Desire to take responsibility for continuous personal development and learning, helping to identifyobjectives and opportunities for skill developmentRole Requirements: This role can be based on a hybrid basis from our Madrid office.
