We’re looking for a CTO & Co-Founder

Tech brains wanted. Equity included.

Before we dive in, let’s keep it simple :

This isn’t just a job offer.

We’re not looking for an employee.

We’re looking for a third founder. Someone who wants to build, lead, and leave their mark.

That means :

  • Real ownership (a meaningful equity stake in OnePool)
  • No salary at the beginning (until we regulate MRR or raise funding)
  • Full autonomy and a seat at the table from day one

What’s OnePool?

Group payments are broken.

When you book something with friends (travel, events, group experiences) it usually ends like this :

  • The rest “send their share” via transfer, Bizum, or other
  • Someone always forgets, and people get annoyed.

    OnePool fixes this by letting everyone in the group pay their part directly at checkout. No manual steps, no friction, no chasing.

    What you’ll do

    As CTO and co-founder, you’ll lead everything tech :

  • Define and drive technical vision
  • Turn the MVP into a scalable, secure product
  • Integrate new PSPs, booking engines, vertical tools
  • Shape the stack and infrastructure
  • Own the full lifecycle : from roadmap to deployment
  • Move fast, learn from real users, and iterate with purpose

    Who you are

    You’re not just a developer. You’re a builder.

  • You’ve shipped real products (and made real mistakes)
  • You think in experiments and MVPs, not perfection
  • You care about the “why” as much as the “how”
  • You like autonomy, ownership, and figuring things out
  • You’ve worked with payments / APIs (or you’re fast at learning)
  • You want to co-create something big, not just code for someone else
