&##128295; Key Responsibilities :

Lead Client Technical Requirement (CTR) briefs for new projects

Assess and remediate defects in technical services infrastructure

Conduct independent integrity reviews and identify Single Points of Failure

Support capital project planning and budgeting for new equipment and repairs

Review external technical designs for cost-effectiveness and resilience

Coordinate technical design for permitting and regulatory compliance

Analyse design proposals and provide feasibility and maintenance insights

Assist in consultant agreements and contract revisions

Ensure complete handover documentation to operations teams

Support site teams in diagnosing latent defects and equipment failures

Maintain high standards of project information systems and delivery

Collaborate across teams and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

&##127891; Required Qualifications :

Engineering Degree or Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)

Strong knowledge of power and cooling systems in data centers

Understanding of design parameters and efficiency metrics

Fluent in English (spoken and written) with technical communication skills

Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure

Team-oriented with a proactive and organized approach

&##127775; Preferred Qualifications :

Uptime Accredited Tier Designer Certification

Tertiary qualification in risk, asset management, or sustainability

Experience with CFD analysis and MEPCSAT design

Chartered or Registered Professional Engineer (or working toward it)

Familiarity with permitting regulations for data center design in Spain
