Project Scheduler

Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to develop project schedules during the proposal phase. This includes analyzing client documents, identifying project control requirements, and creating mitigation plans.

The role involves coordinating proposal teams and construction partners to ensure all planning tasks are aligned. The engineer will also prepare progress curves and manpower histograms to optimize resource allocation during construction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client invitation to bid requirements and identify potential schedule risks.
• Prepare project schedules at all levels during the proposal phase using specialized software.
• Define key project milestones based on client requirements.
• Review and evaluate activity durations across all disciplines.
• Establish logical relationships among activities.
• Prepare planned progress curves based on the project schedule.
• Generate manpower histograms for all phases.
• Develop construction key quantity curves.
• Prepare a schedule narrative outlining the basis of the schedule and key dates.
• Maintain relationships with construction partners and align strategies.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have a relevant technical degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on planning and proven experience through all project phases.
