Job Description
We are looking for a Business Developer Innovations with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the commercialization of Globachem's innovative crop protection products in South‑European countries.
- Provide market insights, map competition and competing products.
- Build a strong technical basis and transform technical knowledge into compelling use recommendations.
- Lead pre‑launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
- Maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy, and build such a network in other South‑European countries.
- Coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
- Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
- Select distribution partners and set pricing together with the responsible sales manager.
- Work closely with colleagues from Sales & Marketing and across R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
- Report to the Business Development Manager at headquarters in Belgium.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Agronomy, Bio‑engineering or related field.At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection and experience launching new products.Fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; other languages a plus.Based in South Europe (Spain or Italy) and flexible to travel frequently to other South‑European countries or to Belgium.Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.Strategic and commercial approach in managing projects.Hands‑on self‑starter driven by innovation, team‑player with growth mindset.Alignment with FRAMILY values : Fun, Respect, Ambition, Teamwork, Innovation, Flexibility, Family.What We Offer
