/ Job Opportunity for Engineering Translation Services / Job Title : Translation Assistant / (Engineering Documents) / / We are seeking a highly skilled Translation Assistant to support our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating various documents related to engineering technical content and possess excellent language skills. / / Key Responsibilities : / / / - Provide accurate translation services for engineering technical documents, including design drawings, specifications, and construction standards. / / - Assist in organizing engineering materials and coordinating with local resources to ensure project progression as planned. / / - Translate various documents, including inspection reports, acceptance criteria, contract clauses, communication letters, government application materials, meeting minutes, etc. / / - Collect local Spanish engineering-related policies and industry practices and provide them to the project team as a reference for compliant project execution. / / - Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely resolution of issues and promote project success. / / - Perform other tasks as assigned by the project manager to ensure the successful completion of the project. / / / Requirements : / / / - Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related major (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management). / / - Candidates with non-engineering majors but 2+ years of experience in engineering translation / project assistance and proficient in basic engineering terminology will also be considered. / / - Fluent in Chinese, English, and Spanish (preferred), or Chinese and Spanish with Basic English proficiency (secondary), or Chinese and English with Basic Spanish proficiency (basic). / / - Legal Work Eligibility : Legally eligible to work in Spain and able to work on-site for the entire project duration. / / - Competencies : / / / - Communication & Coordination : Good at listening to needs, expressing information clearly, and coordinating multiple resources to solve problems. / / - Attention to Detail : Sensitive to details in translated content and engineering materials to avoid misunderstandings or risks caused by omissions. / / - Stress Resistance : Able to adapt to the on-site project rhythm and respond to urgent communication needs or emergency document translation tasks. / / If you have a passion for translation and engineering, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! / /
