Startup Program Assistant
We are seeking a Startup Program Assistant to join our team.
The Startup Program Assistant will be responsible for assisting the program manager in executing the strategy for the global Startup Program across Spain and identifying and acquiring startups with the potential to create business opportunities. The role will involve monitoring progress, maintaining relationships with startups, interacting with them, encouraging them to join the OVHcloud Startup Program, and ensuring they are satisfied with the products and solutions offered.
Main Responsibilities :
Manage local Startup Program activities
Assist the program manager in executing the strategy, which includes market research, analyzing trends, competitors, and potential areas for development
Support and assist the program manager in identifying potential clients and contacting them
Scout local scaleup and startup programs
Document and track the progress of eligible startups in our CRM lead management system
Produce reports on program monitoring and tracking of KPIs
Assist with setting up onboarding and offboarding sessions for members
Assist with setting up tech consultations with OVHcloud engineers for customers to help them access the cloud solutions best suited to their needs
Draft and send meeting summaries or action items
To succeed in this role, you will need good written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to use tools like Microsoft Office and CRMs. Program management and business development / sales skills are a plus.
You will also need knowledge of the startup ecosystem and be able to identify and attend relevant local startup events to recruit new start-ups for the program. Assisting in organizing events or initiatives for startups is also a key part of this role.
Future Impact
In 3 months, you will have accomplished using OVHcloud's productivity tools, such as CRM, procurement systems, and communications tools, to assist with managing the Startup Program in your cluster. You will also have mastered attending and running events to acquire new startups in the Startup Program.
In 6 months, you will have progressed to mastering all aspects of the role, including attending and running events, and will be an integral part of the team.
