Chief Restructuring Officer (H / F)

As part of a strategic interim management mission aimed at supporting the turnaround of one of our clients — an international investment fund — we are looking for an experienced Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) (M / F) to lead the financial and organizational operations of its Spanish subsidiary based in Madrid.

The assignment takes place in a context of financial and operational restructuring, involving significant political and media challenges.

Mission

The CRO will oversee all strategic, financial, and operational aspects of the business, with a strong focus on finance and general management, including :

• Leading the company’s global turnaround plan : performance analysis, definition of financial and operational priorities, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Supervising day-to-day financial management and debt restructuring, in close coordination with the investment fund and local stakeholders.
• Acting as the representative of the fund within the executive management team : financial reporting, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Challenging the existing organization and supporting the transformation of internal processes (finance, procurement, operations).
• Ensuring continuity of field operations across a large multi-site network, in close collaboration with regional managers.
• Leading and supporting local teams to restore stability and profitability.
