Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Support Agent will be :
Provide support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
Handle technical customer contacts for a variety of products through several communication channels.
Answer and resolve technical questions and problems that customers might have via phone and email.
Deliver high-quality service, utilizing the technical knowledge gained from internal training and support systems.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.

You are a native Danish speaker with a good level of English.
