YOUR ROLE

• Take operational challenges (e.g., high‑volume account issues, repetitive tasks, ticket follow‑ups) and build AI‑based solutions that remove manual workload.
• Design, implement, and maintain intelligent workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and reliability across departments.
• Create and deploy AI‑powered assistants or automations to support customer operations throughout the product lifecycle — from application to closure.
• Experiment with new AI capabilities to improve turnaround time, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Technology teams to translate real pain points into working AI solutions.
• Monitor and refine AI systems, ensuring they perform reliably and comply with data protection and privacy standards.
• Document workflows, logic, and outcomes for transparency and operational continuity.
• Champion an “AI‑first” culture by sharing insights, demonstrating impact, and promoting adoption across teams.
