Descripción del trabajoMaintain and update procurement policies in line with corporate governance. Ensure regulatory compliance across procurement activities. Provide guidance and training on policy adherence. Monitor and report on policy compliance metrics. Facilitate the Procurement Leadership Council and strategic alignment sessions. Manage and institutionalize the Procurement Scorecard process. Track and report on strategic initiative outcomes and KPI improvements. Oversee internal and external procurement audits. Lead the Peer-to-Peer Audit program to promote best practices. Identify and mitigate audit risks proactively. 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Governance, or Strategy roles Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding of procurement policy, compliance, and audit frameworks Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data tools (e.g., Power BI) Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data tools (e.g., Power BI) Experience in a Procurement environment Experience with M&A integration HO opportunity from the beginning (3 days / week) Professional onboarding process Multinational and supportive environment Training opportunities Learning and development programs

This role ensures compliance, drives operational excellence, and supports the strategic direction of the Global Procurement function.
