Conversational AI and Contact Center Technology Project Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of Conversational AI and Contact Center Technology projects.

This role will involve collaborating with clients across Spain and Europe, building long-term relationships and driving project success.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Contact Center Technology projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop and maintain project deliverables (plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and technology partners
• Presents project outcomes to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights
