They are newly established and, especially their equities team, is dedicated to advising early-stage companies focused on impact, future technologies, and achieving net-zero emissions. The firm is also successfully building M&A and Real Estate Banking teams.

Our client now includes eight Partners – senior and highly experienced bankers located in Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Johannesburg – who bring a quality client base and established relationships.
