Technical Tools : Ensure our technical tools function smoothly, coordinating improvements and optimization when needed. Partner & Customer Management : Act as the primary contact for our exclusive partners and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering professional support. On-site work at our new, modern office in Barcelona as your main location (home office will be available after probation). Your Profile
Mandatory : you are fluent in English (the office language)
- Proven experience in team leadership, ideally in a sales or customer service environment within the consumer electronics industry or a related field.
- Strong people management skills with a focus on employee motivation, development, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both within your team and with external partners and customers.
- Solution-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Empathetic and appreciative approach to working with people.
- Solid technical understanding and hands-on experience with consumer electronics and digital tools.
- Fluency in English (the office language); proficiency in German is an advantage
