Buscamos un Head of Marketing & Growth , un perfil B2C, hands-on y con mentalidad emprendedora , acostumbrado al ritmo intenso para una startup en fase seed. Una persona con mucha ambición, inteligencia, y con verdadero sentido de ownership , capaz de liderar iniciativas de marketing de crecimiento, coordinar agencias externas y crear campañas innovadoras en un entorno con alta presión y riesgo, pero con gran potencial de impacto.

Nuestro cliente busca generar impacto a través de branding, performance, programas de referidos, eventos y producto marketing enfocado en mobile y web.

Funciones

  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de marketing y growth de la compañía con foco B2C.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de performance marketing , optimizando presupuesto en canales digitales y mobile.
  • Impulsar programas de referrals y comunidad .
  • Coordinar agencias externas de marketing digital y PR, asegurando ejecución de calidad.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de branding y posicionamiento .
  • Diseñar y mejorar el funnel de adquisición y engagement , trabajando en estrecha colaboración con producto y tech.
  • Poner en marcha comunicaciones automatizadas y mobile-first para aumentar retención y uso.
  • Medir, testear y optimizar resultados con foco en CAC, LTV, cost efficiencies.
  • Ser la cara visible de marketing frente a stakeholders e inversores cuando sea necesario.

Perfil

  • Experiencia previa en Marketing / Growth en entornos B2C de alto ritmo , idealmente en plataformas digitales.
  • Perfil muy operativo , que no solo piense estrategia sino que se arremangue y ejecute.
  • Experiencia gestionando programas de referral, performance marketing, funnel y CRM .
  • Background en startups, habituado a gestionar incertidumbre, presión y recursos limitados .
  • Ideal +5 años de experiencia profesional.
  • Energía para escalar y crecer junto con la compañía .
  • Español e inglés de manera fluida.
  • Habilidad para gestionar agencias, stakeholders externos y comunicar impacto del marketing al negocio.
  • Perfil con mentalidad emprendedora, con hambre por crecer y escalar rápido .
