We are an international team of around 50 with 13 different nationalities, spread around the world in our different office locations : Barcelona, Montréal, Los Angeles and several other European countries for the team that works remotely.
Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, experimental Growth Product Owner to accelerate the growth of our web based products. In this role, you will own growth initiatives across the full customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation through retention and monetization—using experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.
You will identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses, and optimize conversion funnels and user journeys. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and scrappy execution, with an obsessive focus on metrics and a growth-at-all-costs mindset that still respects user experience.
What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Build and maintain a robust experimentation roadmap with clear hypotheses and success metrics
- Design, launch, and analyze A / B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize key conversion funnels
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data analysis and user research
- Establish and track North Star metrics and key growth KPIs
Backlog Management & Agile Execution
Maintain and prioritize product backlog with clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaLead backlog refinement and requirements planning sessions with development teamsTranslate growth experiments and initiatives into detailed technical requirementsManage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure development team has clarity on prioritiesWork closely with engineering to estimate effort and balance speed with qualityFunnel Optimization & Conversion
Own end-to-end conversion funnels and optimize each stage of the customer journeyConduct deep-dive funnel analysis to identify friction points and drop‑off opportunitiesOptimize user onboarding flows, signup processes, and activation experiencesImprove pricing pages, checkout flows, and monetization touchpointsCollaborate with UX / UI to design and test landing pages, flows, and experiencesData Analysis & Insights
Analyze user behavior, cohort performance, and engagement metrics to uncover growth leversBuild and monitor dashboards for key growth metrics and experiment resultsConduct segmentation analysis to identify high‑value user cohorts and personalization opportunitiesPartner with data teams to build models for user lifetime value, churn prediction, and retentionTranslate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for stakeholdersCross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to execute growth initiativesPartner with marketing on acquisition campaigns, SEO / SEM strategies, and channel optimizationInterface with customer support and success teams to identify friction and improvement areasPresent experiment results, insights, and recommendations to leadershipGrowth Loops & Scalable Systems

Experience & Background
3‑5+ years of experience in growth product management, growth marketing, or data‑driven product rolesProven track record of driving measurable growth through experimentation and optimizationExperience in high‑traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e‑commerce, or SaaS environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating successful growth initiatives with quantifiable business impactExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teamsTechnical & Analytical Skills
Expert‑level proficiency with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar)Hands‑on experience designing and analyzing A / B tests using experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar)Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for modeling, forecasting, and data manipulationExperience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar)Statistical knowledge for experiment design, significance testing, and sample size calculationsGrowth & Marketing Acumen
