What you'll do

Coordinate, plan, and oversee content execution , ensuring quality, visual consistency, and brand tone. Lead the

creation of briefings and copywriting

for campaigns, websites, presentations, and other communication initiatives. Coordinate the

planning, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns . Support the

operational management of the marketing department , maintaining control over tasks, tools, and workflows. Manage relationships with external providers , such as agencies, designers, or freelancers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries. Track key performance metrics

across campaigns and channels and generate performance reports.

About you

At least

3 years of experience

in marketing or communications teams, ideally within agile environments and / or startups. An

organized, proactive, and self-driven profile , capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent

writing and communication skills

in both

Spanish and English , particularly for content review and strategic messaging. Ability to coordinate diverse teams, mentor junior talent, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as

Notion, Google Workspace , etc. Prior experience in marketing, communications, or similar roles, with a solid understanding of digital channels and campaign execution.
