THE ROLE

The Indirect Purchasing Specialist is responsible for enabling effective and responsible procurement across all non-product domains of the company. This includes managing the purchase of goods and services required by any department — from routine operational needs to ad hoc strategic projects — while maintaining control over cost, compliance, and execution standards.

The role ensures that purchasing is carried out with financial discipline, timely delivery, and alignment to internal expectations, supporting company performance through structured sourcing and vendor management practices.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Operational Purchasing Enablement

• Act as the point of contact for all indirect procurement requests across the organisation
• Manage purchasing workflows from request validation to vendor coordination, PO issuance, and delivery confirmation.
• Provide timely, reliable, and compliant purchasing support across diverse internal needs.

Supplier and Contract Management

Cross-Departmental Support

Cost Control and Budget Stewardship

Process Development and Policy Execution

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or operational purchasing roles.

Strong negotiation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and requests in a dynamic environment.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate purchasing and vendor records.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred Attributes

Background in fashion, retail, or creative industries.

Experience working in a multi-departmental, fast-paced organisation.

Familiarity with purchasing policies, cost control practices, and internal audit requirements.
