Descripción del trabajo5+ years of increasing responsibility in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, and / or management roles with leadership responsibilities. 2.5+ years coaching, mentoring people and building strategic initiatives and cross-divisional programs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment. Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments. Proven track record of forming, storming, and norming new teams. Experience delivering development and business change or continuous improvement programs in a large, matrixed organization. Strong experience coaching, mentoring, and training agile project managers and Scrum Masters. Experience with change management techniques. Experience working within or building out an Agile PMO. Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences from team members to executives. Organized and creative storyteller through story maps, epics, user stories, release planning, Kanban boards, sizing techniques, feedback loops, and team metrics. Strong analytical thinker with planning and organizational skills to manage competing demands with minimal supervision. Customer-focused with the ability to establish a high level of trust and confidence with customers, stakeholders, and organizational leadership. Self-starter with curiosity to learn, solve problems, coach, mentor and help others. Ability to maintain the big picture while communicating detailed information to appropriate audiences. Natural facilitator for collaboration, negotiation, and team-building sessions. Leads with metrics, regular feedback loops, and continuous improvement for teams. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical software development projects in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Form, storm, and norm new teams; build cross-divisional programs.
- Coach, mentor, and train agile project managers and Scrum Masters.
- Deliver development and business change or continuous improvement programs, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
- Drive change management initiatives; support the establishment and / or growth of an Agile PMO.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executives.
- Based in Barcelona in a hybrid mode (3 days per week at the office).
