Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist | Driving Impact Through Hiring

Responsibilities :

Play a key role in data-informed decision-making and help the team grow through insights, experiments, and research

Design and analyze A / B tests — from defining metrics and calculating sample sizes to interpreting results and tracking long-term impact

Explore product metrics and user behavior to uncover patterns and turn them into actionable growth opportunities

Support marketing, content, product and development teams by conducting ad hoc analysis

Investigate how users interact with the product to identify friction points and suggest improvements in user experience

Requirements :

Knowledge of general-purpose programming language (e.g. Python)

Proficiency in SQL and Excel

Academic background in mathematics / statistics / computer science

English Upper -Intermediate or higher

Solid understanding ofproduct metrics and how they interrelate

Understanding of A / B testing methodologies
