Sales Representative – SanLucar Company

You will work closely with the team to keep business running smoothly and offer excellent client service. If you are an outgoing person with strong numeracy, this could be your opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the campaign follow‑up : control the fulfillment of daily and weekly budget and forecast.
- Manage client claims and improve their rate.
- Inform customers of delays, excess quantities, or shortages.
- Propose solutions to the Sales Manager in case of shortages or product excess.
- Reconcile customer settlements and forward information to back office as needed.
- Coordinate with other SanLucar departments for the day‑to‑day business.
- Manage refused goods together with the Sales Manager.
- Solve and manage any commercial issue related to the sales activity.
- Be responsible for the customer contact (with dispatchers) regarding orders, volumes, delivery dates and claims.
- Process the day‑to‑day business in the system : offer creation, price list creation, etc.
- Do the transport follow‑up : register and analyse delays and contact external service providers.

Higher studies in Economics, International Business, Business Administration or similar.Language skills :Fluent in Spanish.
High level of English.Other languages are valued.At least 3 years of professional experience in a sales department.Experience in the F&V sector is a plus.Excellent handling of Outlook and MS Office (especially Excel).Knowledge in AX is a plus.We are happy to receive your application if we caught your interest!
