Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and consolidating the Group's financial statements and corporate reports, promoting automation and process digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements and corporate reports, driving innovation and process optimization across all consolidation and reporting activities.
- Design, propose, and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.
- Contribute to corporate digital transformation projects, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure integration, consistency, and evolution of financial information systems.
- Perform monthly financial reviews of subsidiaries' financial information, ensuring consistency and reliability of reported data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments, ideally in corporate consolidation or group reporting.Strong knowledge of consolidation principles and IFRS standards.Analytical mindset with strategic vision to identify and implement process improvements through technology.Solid digital skills, with experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), AI-driven analytics, and automation solutions applied to finance processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across departments and leading cross-functional initiatives.What We Offer
