Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Database Administrator to join our IT Platform team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Oracle databases in Europe, ensuring that DBA services provided to the business are stable, resilient, and performant.
This includes monitoring and capacity management, backup and recovery, performance analysis, new database / server architecture and builds, ad hoc consulting to application teams, general incident and service request resolution, and change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Administration of Oracle 11g and 12c
- RMAN
- Fluent English (B2)
