Position Summary
The Sr. Global Pricing Manager– Digital Business (CCS) is a strategic position responsible for leading and developing the next generation of pricing strategies for Straumann digital solutions – a diverse portfolio comprising digital imaging devices, clinical software, patient-specific design services, 3D printing solutions and platform-enabled digital dentistry workflows. This role involves developing pricing models, analyzing market pricing dynamics. This position will play a key role in the transformation of Straumann digital business models, supporting the long-term strategic aspirations of the fast-growing CCS business.
This newly created position reports to the Vice President, Head of Growth – digital business. The role is global in scope and requires significant collaboration with commercial and operational teams in different business divisions and geographies across Straumann Group.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in global pricing, revenue management, or profitability analysis, preferably in the digital health or medical device industry.
Specific experience with digital business models including SaaS, HaaS is considered a strong asset.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and pricing software.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives across multiple regions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
