Role
Responsible to define the most suitable solution for the installation and provide the necessary support and assistance implementing the solution or solving incidents. Ensure the correct functioning of the applications and an optimal level of performance.
Responsibilities
- Has knowledge of one or several SAP HR modules, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc.
- Help to estimate time required.
- Adapt and parameterize the solution according to requirements.
- Resolve medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application.
- Perform integrated testing.
- Support the client on the functioning of the application.
- Identify and address new needs identified during requirements gathering.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper implementation of the solution in Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Solve easy and medium complexity problems related to the application environment using functional knowledge of system parameters and country legislation.
- Participate in the parametrization of SAP tables following established technical specifications, detecting and resolving errors.
- Perform unit testing of parametrization results; conduct necessary tests in a testing environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of encrypted programs.
