Descripción del trabajoThe Walt Disney Company offers an internship in Madrid in Retail Sales at the Disney Consumer Product department.: The role will consist of : The Retail Sales Intern will be part of the Retail department at the Disney Consumer Products (DCP) line of business, and will be giving support to the team on several tasks such as : - Preparing reports of major retail and seasonal campaigns, including store checks, analysis of both Disney and competitors data as well as loyalties or special activations.- Prepare and support the retail team with the plans by account in the different regional or local meetings with the main licensees.- Support in all retail POS events, coordination with agencies and stores / shopping malls.- Assist with daily operational / administrative issues regarding campaigns, meetings, presentations, events and contact with several departments of the company in Portugal, Spain and Regional.- Prepare and collect information necessary for the KAM to make effective commercial presentations (product books, retailer information, competitors, etc.).- Lead specific tasks for key accounts such as Amazon among others KAs.- Support to the retail team in the design of key visuals and spaces for activations.The skills we are looking for are : - Design skills (photoshop, Illustrator, Canva )- Microsoft office proficiency (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word);Concept knowledge of Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce and Retail campaigns.- Attention to detail and data analytics mindset.- Personal Skills & attributes : - Communication skills.- Hard-worker.- Proactive.- Good team-player.- Flexibility.- Well organized.The necessary qualifications of the position will be : - Management, marketing or similar_ (It is essential to have completed the degree (degree already paid) and no more than 3 years have elapsed since the completion of it)_: - Good level of EnglishOfrecemos un contrato en prácticasde 1 año (6+6 meses).- Requisitos : Este contrato podrá concertarse con quienes estuvieren en posesión de título universitario o de formación profesional de grado medio o superior o títulos oficialmente reconocidos como equivalentes, de acuerdo con las leyes reguladoras del sistema educativo vigente, o de certificado de profesionalidad, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la Ley Orgánica 5 / 2002, de 19 de junio, de las Cualificaciones y de la Formación Profesional, que habiliten para el ejercicio profesional.Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con un trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios.
