Accounting Manager

Job Summary

The primary role of this position is to provide accurate and data-driven insights on company performance, enabling informed decision-making. This involves overseeing accounting processes and producing relevant financial reports and recommendations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Month-end closing and reporting for assigned entities.

Accounting Operations :

Prepare and post month-end accruals, review accounting operations including billing, A / R, A / P, cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, etc., reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data, reconcile intercompany transactions.

Reporting Package :

P&L's, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Investment, Capital Expenditure, Headcount, …

Compliance and Reporting :

Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings, track operating expenses, prepare operational performance reports with recommendations for corrective action, identify opportunities to improve financial performance, implement and monitor policies and procedures, collaborate with external auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

Negotiations / Key Relationships :

This role requires interaction with different company departments, affiliates, management, and third-party auditors and consultants.
