Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and evolution of our digital health platform within the Patient Centric Technology division. This role is ideal for a former software engineer with a strong background in product management and experience in healthcare. Prior entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure we build scalable, compliant, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle from vision to delivery for key modules of the platform.
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, performant, and compliant user experiences.
  • Prioritize the backlog, define releases, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as a key interface with internal stakeholders and external clients, including clinicians and researchers.
  • Analyze product usage data, market feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support pre-sales activities and client onboarding when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or life sciences, especially in digital health, patient engagement, or real-world data.
  • Strong technical background : former software developer or engineer.
  • Deep understanding of agile development processes, user-centered design, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a startup or as a founder / co-founder.
  • Experience with platforms supporting clinical research, patient monitoring, or real-world evidence collection.
  • Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR, CDISC, or other healthcare data standards.
