Google Workspace Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Google Workspace Developer to join our dynamic team. As a junior developer, you will play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Google Workspace solutions to enhance our organization’s productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Google Workspace applications and add-ons using Google Apps Script.
  • Customize Google Workspace tools to meet specific business needs and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Integrate third‑party APIs with Google Workspace applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Google Workspace applications.
  • Assist in creating documentation for developed solutions and processes.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2‑5 years of experience in software development or related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Basic programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Google Apps Script is a plus.
  • Familiarity with API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Good understanding of cloud‑based productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

    • Additional Information

    It would be ideal if you have experience with GCP and Appsheet.
