Xplore Group consists of 45 competence centers, each with its unique focus on one of the lead technologies, like AWS, Salesforce, Sap Commerce Cloud, RPA, Kubernetes. We have grown from 400 to 1200 employees in the last three years.

What you will be doing

You will work on one of our international e-commerce projects and be part of one of our squads with team members from Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You will communicate in English and memes, and use agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

You will put together good javascript practices in the frontend and have basic ideas about how the backend part works and collaborate with other team members and the client to define, design and develop new functionalities.

And you will do this by developing in React with some cloud-native development in one of the major clouds (AWS / Azure).

The first week

You will receive and set up your MacBook PRO and equipment that will allow you to work very efficiently. Alfredo Gil, our Managing Partner and CTO, will introduce you to your colleagues. You will start your training and enjoy your first free weekly meal.

In 30 days

You will be an active member of the squad. With your professional way of working and our help, you will be of great added value to your team by taking group decisions that help shape our culture and take it to the next level. You will experience how rewarding it can be to work in an international environment.

You will discover the challenges of your new project. Don’t worry if you don\'t have all the technical skills yet; with the help of your teammates, you\'ll be running at full capacity. You will experience that your English improves quickly through social events. Your team is eager to meet you!

In three months

You will have responsibility and ownership of one of the important parts of the e-commerce project. The client will mention the good job that you are doing.

In six months

You will be at maximum performance. Every day thousands of clients make use of your developments and have a happy shopping experience in our clients\' webshops. The international tech team of our client will congratulate you for all the value that you provide. You will pass your trial period with flying colours and you’ll have the opportunity to choose your hardware that will make you type faster. And now, it is time to celebrate!

Where you will do it

Our offices are in Edificio Europa, Avenida de Aragon in the heart of Valencia’s city centre. In our 12th floor with views of the city, we can even see the sea from a window on the same floor. The area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, gyms and green areas. Public transport is convenient; the metro is right across the street from our building.

As a medior / senior fullstack developer you will work with a big team, we support our clients with digital transformation projects in different kinds of industries (Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, ...).

What will you be doing?

As a full-stack developer, you can translate business requirements into a working product. You will help identify and solve their most critical challenges through technology. You will work with architects, developers, functional experts and scrum masters in the business. You obtained a bachelor\'s or a master\'s degree, preferably in Computer Science.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of English, B2 / C1
• You can implement a new design and get the required data through a web service or from the back end to give the page the needed data. You can do it from A to Z!
• JavaScript, HTML and CSS3 are things you love working with.
• You can work with frameworks like AngularJS, React, Vue, and NodeJS
