Overview

We are looking for a Technology PMO Intern to directly support the General Technology Lead in managing cross‑functional technology projects at Publicis Groupe Spain. This will be a key role in organizing information, coordinating teams, and preparing executive and technical documentation to drive the group's technological transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in monitoring technology projects using tools such as GitHub (tasks, roadmap, deliveries)
• Assist in the creation and updating of technical documentation (diagrams, workflows, schematics).
• Collaborate in the preparation of internal presentations .
• Support coordination with internal and external teams, and the collection of information for monitoring reports .
• Keep information organized in collaborative tools such as Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint .
