The Hokus Platform connects private banks to life insurance companies. Our mission is to make life (insurance) easier for private bankers and their clients by digitizing the hundreds of life insurance products they use.
As of today, The Hokus Platform operates in 3 countries (France, Luxembourg, Spain) and covers more than 70,000 life insurance policies , representing over €14 bn of Assets under Management . The team is 25+ people and growing.

Team and Role Context The Product Owners (PO) team defines and designs platform functionalities that deliver maximum business value within time and budget constraints. POs bridge user needs with the technical project, carrying the product vision and interfacing with engineering teams. The team currently includes 6 Product Owners.
Responsibilities Participate in pre-sales meetings with the sales teams; frame onboarding projects and lead launch meetings.
Assist the client in all phases of the platform's implementation, from scoping to production, ensuring follow-up and support during user testing.
Support the integration of the platform into the client's systems (connections, data flows, configuring functionalities).
Capture, analyze, and define customer needs; improve user experience and ensure client portfolio satisfaction.
Frame and prioritise customer requests; defend the functional scope in line with the roadmap.
Supervise follow-up of incidents / evolution requests and assist the support team in resolving them.
Configure insurance product data in the platform; evaluate feasibility, establish priorities, and arbitrate development work to align with customer commitments.
Ensure coherence of developments for scalability and efficiency; express client needs to engineering and write functional specifications.
Qualifications Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; team player.
Customer-oriented with a user-centric mindset.
Technical aptitude and sensitivity to UX / UI is a plus.
Strong organizational skills; ability to arbitrate and prioritise.
Creative, solution-oriented, rigorous, and autonomous; analytical mindset and anticipation.
Fluent in English and French.
Significant experience in life insurance, product features, and digitisation of product offerings.
Digital project management; digital / tech background.
Understanding of SAAS technologies and platform environments (SSO, data exchange standards, CRM feed, APIs, etc.).
