About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members across all phases of the investment process, from deal origination and analysis to execution and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market trends, industry dynamics, and company performance.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Participate in due diligence processes, gathering and assessing information on target companies.
• Support the execution of transactions, including drafting investment materials and coordinating with advisors.
• Monitor and report on portfolio company performance, contributing to strategic and value creation initiatives.
