Are you ready to discover the role of a Mid / Senior IT Business Analyst in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Mid / Senior IT Business Analyst , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.

As a Mid / Senior IT Business Analyst you will :

• Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban) to support collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and manage a structured product backlog.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
• Configure systems based on user needs and coordinate customizations with development teams.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain clear documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
• Work remotely from anywhere within Europe .
