Junior Sales Agent – Real Estate

Overview Prestige Properties Ibiza is one of the island’s leading real estate agencies with over 40 years of experience. Our international and multilingual team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers across Ibiza. We are now looking to expand our sales team.

Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Agent to join our team. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone early in their real estate career who wants to grow and develop within an international agency.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships in the junior budget market.

Assist buyers and sellers throughout the full sales process.

Conduct property viewings and provide professional, accurate advice.

Keep property listings updated and collaborate with the marketing team.

Work with colleagues across all levels to achieve sales goals.

Stay informed on Ibiza’s property market trends.

Requirements 0–2 years prior experience in real estate in Ibiza (contracts, building regulations, legalities) or previous work at another agency is a strong advantage. Alternatively, experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is also valued.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Additional advantage : Italian or Dutch

Bonus : Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) or any other language (French, German...)

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Legal right to work in Spain.
