The Role We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking freelance content creator / producer who can film themselves with a strong on-camera presence and create scroll-stopping, engaging content. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing social accounts, is deeply tuned into Gen Z internet culture, and creates videos that rank, resonate, and build community. You will manage and collaborate with other creators, lead shoots, and scale production with a network of editors, videographers, and collaborators when needed.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation : Film, edit, and publish content (TikTok, IG) that builds community, drives engagement and growth

Educational Storytelling : Transform complex health topics into engaging, snackable content that’s easy to digest, highly shareable, and builds awareness and trust

Community Management : Reply to comments and engage with relevant content

Trend Spotting : Identify cultural moments early and translate them into brand-relevant storytelling

Production Leadership : Manage small shoots, coordinate with other creators, and oversee freelance editors / videographers

Collaboration : Work with Flo’s in-house teams (London-based) to build a social calendar aligned with brand and product goals while staying social-first

Analytics & Iteration : Track performance metrics, learn what works, and optimize content accordingly

Linguistic and cultural requirements : Fluent in Spanish; LATAM-based

Independent creator who can self-film and respond quickly to trends without heavy production support

Ability to manage other creators and production workflows when needed

Established network of freelance editors, videographers, and creatives

Experience in health & wellness content is a strong plus

Freelance, 40 hours / week, 3 months with potential extension

Requirements Fluent in Spanish, LATAM-based

Proven track record of growing accounts and creating engaging, viral content

Strong on-camera presence; able to self-film; comfortable with fast-paced trends

Cultural fluency in US Gen Z internet culture

Experience coordinating with editors, creators, videographers; able to lead shoots

Independent, proactive, and capable of working remotely
