Languages Required :
Excellent command of Dutch
Professional level of English

Main Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools
Understand customer needs and recommend the ideal product through tailored solutions and expert advice
Support customers with the initial setup and discovery of their new devices
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize customer value
Share responsibility for project KPIs through reporting and analysis
Continuously develop your skills and contribute to training materials for the team
Core Skills :
Passionate about Tech and Consumer Electronics (Entertainment and Audio / Video Electronics, IT and Computing Devices, Mobile Devices, Smart Home Solutions etc.)
Previous Sales experience in Retail or Direct Sales (Consumer Electronics industry is a plus)
Comfortable with digital communication tools and video calls
Ability to build trust and connect with customers in a clear, empathetic, and professional way
Willingness to work five days per week, from 10 : 00 to 19 : 00 (including Saturdays).
