Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operational planning and execution of VIP events at our Munich units on match and non-match days.
Provide personal operational guest care at the VIP levels.
Organize and coordinate the entire service team, including permanent employees and temporary staff.
Prepare for and follow up on events.
Qualifications Completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, hospitality industry, (event) catering.
Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a similar role such as service supervisor, service manager, banquet manager, catering manager, or in event management.
Experience working with temporary staff is a plus.
Reliability, responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and commitment.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Interest in international events and catering.
