Lead onboarding projects for new customers — from initial setup to go‑live Configure integrations with the clients
ERP systems (i.e. NetSuite, Xero, Fortnox)
and HR tools
(i.e. BambooHR, Personio) Set up workflows for approval chains, expense categories, and analytics dashboards Collaborate with customer success, finance, and product teams to solve configuration challenges Document best practices and create reusable templates for future implementations Track timelines and milestones in
Asana
and document processes in
Notion You’ll use tools such as
HubSpot ,
Postman , and
Google Sheets , plus the company’s own platform to test and verify configurations. What we’re looking for
2–4 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical customer success Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Experience working with financial or SaaS integrations (ERP, accounting, HR, or spend tools) Confident using APIs, CSVs, or webhooks — you know your way around data mappings Organised and detail‑oriented with a customer‑first mindset Background in fintech, SaaS, or finance operations is highly valued.
