Senior Workday Analyst (EMEA)

Focus on WD are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join an International Workday Customer, in a newly go-live environment. Predominantly focusing on support with elements of project work.

A Senior Workday Analyst to join the HRIS function and become a trusted subject matter expert across multiple modules.

You’ll play a key role in supporting, configuring, and optimising Workday across the business — acting as the go-to specialist for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Workday subject matter expert , supporting and configuring modules including HCM, Absence, Compensation / Advanced Compensation, Security, Talent, and Reporting .
• Partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into Workday solutions that drive efficiency and engagement.
• Support the rollout of new modules and functionalities, ensuring smooth delivery and strong adoption.
• Manage and maintain Workday security roles and permissions , ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to enhance processes and system usage .
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
• Stay current with Workday releases, identifying opportunities for improvement or new capabilities.
