We are looking for a highly motivated Software Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales and will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that address complex business needs.
Remote / Full Time Monday to Friday, 08 : 00 am - 05 : 00 pm
Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and close software deals with a strong focus on the insurance industry to meet established sales quotas.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales objectives and expand market share.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies .
- Build a robust pipeline, manage the entire sales cycle, prioritize prospects, accurately forecast sales, and close deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
Technical Skills & Qualifications :
6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales (IT industry) .English level C1 required.Experience in the banking or insurance sector .Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems and business processes .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder environments .Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Strong sales process orientation .High familiarity with consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC) is highly valued.Experience selling ECM, CCM, or digital process automation solutions is a plus.
