We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Training Manage r. This role plays a pivotal part in designing, managing, and delivering impactful learning programs for our business and recruitment communities. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our training initiatives.

Your missions :

Design and implementation of learning programs

• Build and manage learning paths adapted to different management levels (managers, senior managers, department managers).
• Create engaging and effective learning content, including e-learning modules, webinars, and in-person sessions.
• Organize and lead qualification meetings to assess training needs and measure expected impact.

Stakeholder collaboration and content validation

Team leadership and operational excellence

Strategic and cross-functional contribution
