What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape the Core Experience of our platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role focuses on creating impactful and human-driven experiences for patients, therapists, and our clients. You'll own the product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and work cross-functionally to deliver features that drive measurable outcomes

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Drive Product Vision and Strategy : Own the product roadmap for Core Experience, ensuring alignment with company mission and goals. Use data and user feedback to enhance experiences for patients, therapists, and clients.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with engineering, design, customer success, and data teams to deliver features. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales to ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Execute with Precision : Create user stories, define requirements, and prioritize impactful features. Manage product delivery in an agile environment and leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• Focus on Metrics and Outcomes : Use data analysis to identify opportunities and measure success. Conduct A / B testing to optimize user flows and validate hypotheses.
• Champion Customer Obsession : Understand the needs of all users and prioritize their input in product decisions. Maintain high quality standards for user experience.
• Thrive in Ambiguity : Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Address all challenges regardless of size and make confident decisions even with limited information.
