German Speaking Technical Support Advisor
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated German Technical Support Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction while resolving any issues they may encounter with our products or services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides to assist customers and improve self‑service options.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product development, engineering) to report bugs, share feedback, and contribute to product improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Fluency in German.Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the (specific industry or product type).Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with CRM software and technical support tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.Optional : specific technical skills or knowledge related to our products / services.Benefits
