Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of a delivery system for a medical device from concept to regulatory submission.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Engineering, with experience in developing technical project plans using established methodologies.- Develop and implement technical project plans using established methodologies.- Collaborate with department heads to prepare project budgets and define technical and human resources to achieve objectives.- Evaluate solution feasibility and quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Coordinate production processes for developed products, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.- Research and improve product technical characteristics, quality, and costs, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.Required Skills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess : - A degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on mechanical, electromechanical, materials, or biomedical fields.- High proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.- Previous experience working in R&D and with CAD systems (Solidworks and Rhinoceros) and Ansys, with expertise in design, analysis, and simulation.BenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative medical devices.
