Our client, a leading Outsourcing & BPO company , is looking for a French -speaking Sales Representative to join their lively offices in Valencia. This role is perfect for a motivated, sales-driven individual who enjoys building strong customer relationships and contributing to business growth – without the stress of cold calling.

✨ What You’ll Do :

📞 Engage with existing customers by phone in a professional and friendly way

🛒 Convert customer orders to in-house products when suitable

📈 Identify upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential

💬 Guide conversations to encourage additional sales and growth

🗂️ Process orders accurately using internal systems

🤝 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction

💡 Contribute ideas to support team and company development

👥 Promote the role and encourage referrals to grow the team

✅ What We’re Looking For :

🇩🇪 Native or fluent French (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)

🤝 Customer-focused with the ability to build trust quickly

⚡ Proactive, sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail

🔄 Comfortable handling multiple orders and products at once

📚 Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
