We are looking for a professional with solid experience in digital marketing and omnichannel campaign execution to lead the planning coordination and optimization of campaigns for high-profile brands. This role serves as the key client contact ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all digital channels.

Responsibilities :

Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns aligning brand and country objectives with digital marketing strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for the client building trust and managing communication across internal and external teams.

Design and maintain campaign blueprints using data-driven insights to enhance the customer experience.

Coordinate workshops with brand teams to drive adoption of omnichannel campaigns.

Define test plans and collaborate on monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness.

Optimize user journeys in collaboration with brand and country teams.

Oversee execution quality against industry standards and propose continuous improvements.

Develop key customer experience metrics and KPIs for executive-level reporting.

Requirements :

5 years of experience in marketing campaign execution (nurturing drip etc.).

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing audience segmentation and campaign analytics.

Experience in journey mapping and orchestration of multichannel campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist and Administrator (Consultant is a plus).

Experience analyzing customer metrics ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its digital channels.

Data-driven mindset with experience in scoring models (RFM or others).
